By using the Basita application (“App”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Basita is designed to help business owners manage installment payments for customers. The app may also allow customers to view their installment information when permitted by the administrator. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
The application is intended for use by the administrator (owner), who is responsible for managing all customer data.
Customers may be granted view-only access to their installment information. They do not have permission to modify, delete, or control any data within the application.
The administrator is fully responsible for all data entered, updated, shared, or deleted within the app. We are not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or lost data.
Basita is a record-keeping tool only. The app does not process payments, does not act as a financial institution, and does not guarantee payment collection.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of stored data. It is the administrator’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
Any sharing of customer data with clients or third parties is the sole responsibility of the administrator. The app does not control how data is shared outside the application.
We are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, disputes between administrators and customers, or business decisions made based on the app.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
All rights related to the app, including its design and functionality, belong to Basita.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the app if it is misused.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
